Skogsøy
Båt AS, Mandal delivered a coastal fishing vessel built with wooden hull
and aluminium superstructure to Røksund ANS, Mosterhamn in June. RØKSUND
is the second in a new generation of 35 footers and is rigged so that one person
can handle her.
The
building yard has supplied deck equipment, doors and hatches while a Hiab crane
is supplied by Rapp Hydema Syd. The vessel has a Seatronic liferaft and other
lifesaving equipment from Koppernæs Brude Safety.
The
main engine is a Nogva Deere diesel engine of 154 bhp at 2,400 rpm coupled to
a Nogva propeller via a Nogva reduction gear type AGF 1131.
RØKSUND
is equipped with Furuno 1832 36 nm radar, Furuno FCV-292 50/200 khz echo sounder,
Skipper S-1800 180 khz sonar, Seiwa Explorer, ProNav chart plotter, Simrad AP
35 auto pilot, Furuno GP-32 GPS, Sailor RT 2048 VHF and Nokia 610 portable phone.
